Booking

Can I check if there's any rooms under your hotel that provides room for 3 adults? And how much money I need to pay?

We only have a double bed room, we don’t provide extra bed service. We will charge the third person fee, adult is $1000/per night, child is $600/per night, all are included breakfast.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Cancellation on date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 1 day of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 2-3 days of arrival, 70% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 4-6 days of arrival, 60% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 7-9 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 10-13 days of arrival, 30% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival, full deposit will be refunded.

My flight arrives early in the morning; will it be possible to check-in early?

Please be advised our standard check in time is after 15:00. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, it has to pay early check-in fee. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage room prior to your check-in.

When is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in time is available after 15:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.

I have one reservation, when I need to pay the balance, is credit card also available?

Sure it’s available. You can pay by credit card after Chick-in procedure.

I will arrive at your hotel late in the evening due to flight schedule.

Sure. We will note it and please keep us update and we will keep your reservation.

I have two reservations in the same time, could you please provide connecting rooms or adjoining rooms to us??

Unfortunately, We do not have connecting rooms or adjoining rooms. However, we may arrange the same floor if it is available. Please inform us in advance.

It is room rate include tax and other charges?

Yes, the tax and service fee are included.

I had two reservations, but it is last booking.

Yes, we’ll keep the same room for you.

What kind of equipment do you have?

We do have business center, conference room.

Do you have parking lot?

Unfortunately, We do not have parking lot. We can provide parking information for you.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

We are a Non-Smoking hotel.

Can I know the room rate is include the breakfast and the free wifi?

Yes, we provide two breakfasts for each room and wifi is free also.

Do you provide luggage storage facility? If yes, can we drop our suitcases at your hotel before traveling to another place.

Yes, we have. Please tell us anytime if you want to storage your luggages.

I am wondering which of your rooms have doors to the toilet as I realize most of your rooms have transparent walls for the toilets?

We have door for each room and there’s curtain which can cover the whole transparent wall.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

We do not provide free shuttle service from the airport, however we do have limousine service, the price is NT$1600 from airport to hotel.

I will arrive at Taipei (TPE )airport. Do you have a pick up service from the airport? If so, how can I use it? If possible I would like to make a reservation of bus or car tomorrow.

Yes, we have. Please let us get your flight information and we can arrange pick up service for you. The limousine service charges $1600 for each car.
