Booking

What is your cancellation policy?

1)
Cancellation on date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 1 day of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 2-3 days of arrival, 70% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 4-6 days of arrival, 60% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 7-9 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 10-13 days of arrival, 30% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival, full deposit will be refunded.

2)
If you made the reservation through travel website, Hotel would according to travel website's cancellation policy.

My flight arrives early in the morning; will it be possible to check-in early?

Our check-in time would be 15:00 p.m..
Early check in or late check out are subject to availability and charges.
If arrive earlier, we can store the luggage for you at the reception.

When is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in time is available after 15:00 p.m..
Check-out time is before 12:00 p.m..

Can I check if there's any rooms under your hotel that provides room for 3 adults? And how much?

Due to the room design, we could not have extra bed.

We will charge the third person fee:
Extra adult: NT$1,000/per night.(height over 140cm) (Including one set of toiletry and one breakfast)
Extra child : NT$600/per night.(height between 110cm~140cm) (Including one set of toiletry and one breakfast)

I will arrive at your hotel late in the evening due to flight schedule.

Please inform us after you finished the reservation.
We will reserve room till you arrive.

I have two reservations in the same time, could you please provide connecting rooms or adjoining rooms to us??

We do not have connecting rooms or adjoining rooms.
However, we may arrange the same floor if it is available.
Please inform us in advance.

It is room rate include tax and other charges?

Room rate including tax, service fee, two breakfasts and Internet access.

Do you have parking lot?

We do not have parking lot.
We could provide parking information for you.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

How can I get to the Hotel from Taoyuan airport?

Nanshi branch is located in No.3, Nanjing W. Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City 104, Taiwan.

1) Airport bus:
Take the 1819 Guoguang Airport Bus from airport to the Ambassador Hotel Station, walk about 10 minutes.

Or get off at Taipei Main Station and transfer the MRT (Red line) to Zhongshan Station, Exit 3, about one minute walk.

Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taipei Station and transfer the MRT (Red line) to Zhongshan Station, Exit 4, about one minute walk.

Do you have a pick up service from the airport? If so, how can I use it? If possible I would like to make a reservation of bus or car tomorrow.

We provide with chargeable limousine service:
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport: NT$1,600/one way, Mercedes-Benz S320 (2 persons) or Volkswagen (2-4 persons).
Taipei International Airport: NT$1,000/one way, Mercedes-Benz S320 (2 persons) or Volkswagen (2-4 persons).

If you need to reserve limousine service, please provide your flight number, how many people and arrival time at least one day ago.
